The Mesa Ridge Metropolitan District Nos. 1 & 2 Service Plan was approved by the County Commissioners of El Paso County on September 30, 2004. The primary purpose of the Districts is to finance the construction and maintenance of public improvements for the use and benefit of all anticipated inhabitants and taxpayers of the District.
